Founder & Managing Partner
Darwin Erazo founded GreenVista Group LLC after a career of more than 17 years in customs, international trade, compliance and consulting — at Vesta Customs, Cargill LATAM and GLG Group — and an MBA in International Trade from CEUPE Madrid (2019). Today his focus is real estate, construction, digital marketing, business consulting and artificial intelligence.
The group started in Houston real estate — Properties and Home Improvement — and today expands toward services that give the Latino entrepreneur and investor access to tools normally reserved for large capital: international logistics, participatory investment, structured capital deployment and wealth management with artificial intelligence.
PRIOR CAREER: TRADE AND CUSTOMS
Prior experience in customs clearance, compliance and import/export operations across the U.S. and Latin America.
REAL ESTATE AND CONSTRUCTION
Acquisition, full remodels and sale in the Houston market, with the work executed in-house.
DIGITAL MARKETING, BUSINESS CONSULTING AND AI
Digital marketing and business consulting for small businesses, and in-house platforms for investment analysis, portfolio management and business training.
