Who we are

This site belongs to GreenVista Group LLC, based in Houston, Texas, and also covers the pages of its divisions: GreenVista Properties, GreenVista Home Improvement, GreenVista Capital, GreenVista Investment, GreenVista Fintech, GreenVista Logistics and InteliBusiness.

What data we collect

Only what you write in the forms on this site: name, email address, phone number, the property address when it applies, and the message or the interest you select. We also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics (pages visited, device type, where the visitor came from).

What we use it for

To reply to you, to prepare the quote, the offer or the information you asked for, and to follow up on your request. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email to send you that newsletter; you can unsubscribe whenever you want by replying to the email.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. Forms are processed by Web3Forms, which delivers them to our email. Site statistics are processed by Google Analytics. If you agree to messages or calls, the messaging and voice providers described below deliver them for us. We do not share your information with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as the business relationship lasts and for as long as applicable tax and legal obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what data of yours we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to info@greenvistaco.com and we will answer.

Text messages (SMS) and calls

If you give us your phone number and expressly agree (form checkbox), GreenVista Properties, GreenVista Home Improvement or GreenVista Logistics may contact you by text message and by phone call —including calls that use an AI-generated voice— to schedule your appointment, confirm it, remind you of it, or follow up on the request you sent us. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Appointment messages are few: at most 3 per appointment. In other cases, how often we message depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages at any time, or HELP for help; you can also write to info@greenvistaco.com or call 832-957-0378.

GreenVista Logistics sends text messages (no calls) only to people who agreed on its form, using two separate optional checkboxes (you can check one, both or neither): offers and information about its transport services, and updates on your cargo (received at the yard, dispatched from the port and arrived at destination). At most 3 updates per shipment and 4 offer messages per month.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We only use messaging and voice providers (for example, Twilio) to deliver the messages and calls on our behalf.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can block them from your browser settings and the site will keep working.
