Purpose of this site

This site is informational. It describes the services of GreenVista Group LLC and its divisions, and lets you contact us. The content may change without notice.

What this site is not

Nothing published here is legal, accounting, tax or investment advice, nor an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities or financial instruments. The GreenVista Capital, GreenVista Investment and GreenVista Fintech sections describe group activities and platforms under development; any participation is formalized only through signed contracts and the corresponding documentation.

Quotes and estimates

Prices, timelines, quotes and estimates shown on the site or sent by email are approximate and not binding until a contract is signed by both parties. Project photos correspond to work performed by the group and are shown for reference.

Third-party links and services

The site uses third-party services (Google Analytics, Web3Forms and hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content of external sites we link to.

Ownership of the content

GreenVista texts, photographs, trademarks and logos are the property of GreenVista Group LLC. They may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written authorization.

SMS Terms: text-message and call program

GreenVista Logistics sends text messages —no calls— only to people who expressly agreed on the Logistics page form —which has two separate optional checkboxes, one for cargo updates and one for offers— or who contacted us first. The messages are offers and information about its transport services from the United States to Honduras and general cargo, and updates on your cargo: received at the yard, dispatched from the port and arrived at destination. At most 3 updates per shipment and 4 offer messages per month; you only receive the type of message you checked. Agreeing is not a condition of buying or contracting anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

GreenVista Properties and GreenVista Home Improvement send text messages and make calls —including calls that use an AI-generated voice— only to people who expressly agreed when submitting a form on this site, or who contacted us first. The messages are used to schedule, confirm and remind you of appointments, to tell you the name of the person who will visit, and to follow up on your request. Agreeing is not a condition of buying or contracting anything.

At most 3 messages per appointment; in other cases how often we message depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
